Troglodyte Caves et Le Pressoir
Venture if you will into our 'grotte'!!
Our troglodyte caves, once inhabited, still contain the animals mangers and evidence of the dwellers homes.
Inside la grande cave is a four au pain, still used today, this ancien bread oven is heated to white hot temperatures before baking the unleavened bread, typical of this region.
Remaining too is an old pressoir, an indication grapes were pressed and wine was once made in these caves.
